A service of thanksgiving for the reprinting of the Bible in the Shuar language was held on 28th August.  Two church leaders had walked 9 hours  and then taken two bus journeys of two hours each, and then walked another 3 hours to reach Makuma where the dedication was held.  The New Testament was printed in the 1970s but hasn’t been available for many years.  The people have been staving for the Word of God.

It is good to be reminded by other believers how precious God’d Word is as I consider the many Bibles I have. One is enough and many do not even have the one.
