Guilty as Charged

When we sin it creates guilt in us or we sin against another person it usually creates pain in us and that leads to bitterness and depression hurts us.   Instead of the living like that, forgive the person who sinned against you.  And we are filled with guilt for our sins turn back to Christ and ask him to forgive you.  There are no “shoulds” in the Kingdom of God there is just forgiveness and repentance (Matthew 6:14; 1 John 1:9).

This is good time of the year to forgive and wrongs and to reestablishes some relationships.   Do away with your guilt and depression by repenting turn back to Christ for forgiveness.  Being forgiven lightens my step every time.   I will share with you two promises my Father gave to me years ago (Hebrews 13:5-6; Romans 8:31-39). I remember these promises every time I get moody or sad and they remind me of God’s love for I am good after that.

When Messiah died for us he became sin and took God took away love from his and poured his wrath against His Son to free us from the curse, from sadness.  Holy Spirit gives us the fruits of the Spirit where there is no law (Galatians 5:16-26) making us more and more like Christ.
