Yesterday morning I went to bed around 3 AM and slept for 7 hours.  Last night I went to bed around midnight and slept for two hours.  I went down stairs until 4 AM and went back to sleep and only slept for two more hours.  I’ve been up since then.  My sleeplessness started before my disease but its getting old.

It’s never fun when you wake up for no reason, or can’t seem to get sleepy. Mine is always when I don’t expect it. like now, I rode 43 miles and worked in the garden, but I have to go to bed. I find if I lay there unsleepy, and I just have conversations with God, and pray, I eventually go to sleep.

Sorry about the sleep, “spleeplessness”, Paul! Hope you have gotten some by now.

I quoted you in a paper I turned in to my pastor last week. Let me know if you want me to e-mail my paper to you. My e-mail is cjohnson370@tampabay.rr.com

Praying for you and your family.
